Added support for more than 8 colours, now you can use the maximum amount that MVL can handle that being 16 different Vehicle Car Cols, changed the way the Carcols section is displayed + for more colours - takes that colour away, other code was simplified and efficiency improved, I may have doubled the amount of carcols but all the code for 16 carcols is less than what the 8 took to generate in the previous version, now thats progress.
GlobalM.XML Generator has also now been added, which has all the sections that can be changed in the GlobalM file, there is two options that are presently disabled those being "No Load Fade" & "Auto Save Load", which I will work out what is going on with them in the next version.

Wheel Scale Correction field has been added to the Generator, so if the wheels model is appearing too big or small you can use this field to try and correct the issue, GTA III and Vice City Carcols can now be converted into MVL Format and when converted will be placed in as RGB Values, so if you have a Modified Carcols.dat the colours will still display properly, and in the case of GTA III it will be able to use GTA III colours (San Andreas is next to be added), do note that if you do have carcols entered into the 8 fields and then use the converter it will clear whatever carcol data you have already entered, and finally I have been able to get an XML Exporter working also, but for some reason when I tried to export and XML using IE10 it would not work but in IE9 it worked fine, so clearly there are still some kinks to work out, also do note that since I now uploaded all the MVLGEN Files to this new server there might be some issues with playing the audio example of vehicle sounds, but I hope to work this out in the coming versions.

You can now Convert GTA III & Vice City Handling.CFG & Default.IDE lines into the XML Builder, which is handy when converting vehicles either already in the game or other peoples mods, I have also added the new Extra Flag 400000 which adds that vehicle the ability to be a Tow Vehicle (Allows You To Tow Other Vehicles with your Car) and as with all releases new additions mean that a variety of the other code was modified to implement these things.

Ok, I completely rebuilt the Colours Generator function about 4 times trying to get the most efficient and bugless system, I believe the one chose to implement is the best one and it has shown the be the smallest, simplest and best working one, which is why when I perfected it I skipped over releasing build 0.54f and just went to carry on to 0.54g, The generator can now make "Carcol 2", "Carcol 4", "RGB 2" & "RGB 4" Colours, please note you will atleast need 1 colour entered or MVL will not load the vehicle, a few other minor things have been cleaned up in this build but you wont notice them.

Redone some of the Java/HTML so the Tab Spaces are now placed and formatting looks the same as a normal MVL XML, also added a small style to make the data fields rows alternate colour so they can be told apart easier. (Also do note there is issues when using this tool on any version of IE, so either risk it or change your browser.)

Carcols are now defined in only one box each, for some reason when you enter the value across 2 box MVL sometimes did not like it.

Added a Wheels chart with all the choices and what numbers they represent.
Engine Sounds PopUp window now active, you can listen to all the engine sounds and it has the numbers to enter for each one
Now you can set CarCols on and off, also there is a Carcols Colour Chart PopUp that has all of Vice City Carcols
Added the choice to turn off and on "Max Passengers" & "Gang ID", if they are turned off make sure there is no value in there box
